Get AI, Live! Launches Training Services
Customers can now access a full suite of AI learning services that can help them understand and apply AI.
AUSTIN — (BUSINESS WIRE) — October 1, 2025 – Today, Get AI Live launched an AI skill building service that provides individuals and businesses with custom training on how AI works and the important AI tools that individuals can use to increase productivity towards their goals, hobbies, and work applications. Customers will start with a fundamental understanding of the generative AI building blocks and how they work together to generate results. Customers will also learn how to get started using AI tools and applying the tools produce results, creating complete and customized solutions that supports a customer’s use case. The business service is an extension of our training solution that provides businesses with a detailed review of how generative AI can support and deliver value to internal business workflows, including designing AI systems on premise and on the cloud to address a business need.
Previously, customers that wanted to learn about AI did not have an organized system to guide them through the learning process. Instead, they had to reference fragmented learning resources throughout the web and connect the dots themselves to understand the complete AI environment. Existing solutions were frequently missing critical artifacts or were obfuscated with deep technical details that just confused a new learner and often forced them to give up the learning journey. The credibility of the learning content and AI tools online was also questionable, as customers could not verify the source of the content or know if the tools were legitimate without security implications. This wasted a learner’s time and made it difficult to know when to start or stop using a particular AI tool for their specific need.
Customers were also frustrated with online training programs that followed a one-size-fits all approach. This did not provide learners with the personalized guidance they needed to fully understand the end-to-end generative AI workflow or ask questions in real time to clarify, expand, or change their interpretation of what they were learning at any given time. For example, even when a customer had a fundamental understanding of generative AI concepts, being able to setup and fine tune a model for their specific use case was difficult and required infrastructure to be built. The end to end learning experience was missing for customers and their ability to transfer any learnings to practical applications was especially restricting their success through the AI journey. The tools segment will provide insights to the tools available that can be used support a wide array of functions from generating reports on a specific topic (ChatGPT, Copilot, Grok, Gemini, etc.) to creating custom software automatically (Amazon Q, Cursor), to other general purpose AI tools available in the market. These available tools are the building blocks of an AI system that orchestrates the inputs and outputs of a AI model in response to user requests. Customers will understand how to setup and run AI applications locally, in a hybrid environment, or directly in the Cloud using common generative AI frameworks. Customers will also learn about generative AI agents that collaborate to collect and prepare current data for AI to process. This includes learning how to use, design, and prepare agents to call external tools such as search engines, data sources such as Wikipedia, web browsers, or the latest news from the associated press. An agent’s ability to locate and triage the most up to date data that is relevant to a customer’s use case ensures that the AI scales and responds to user requests with accurate and current facts. Customers will learn techniques and strategies on how to effectively communicate with an AI tool to ensure they receive the expected and most accurate responses. This communication protocol is called prompt engineering, which is the ability to organize and structure the requests to an AI tool. Customers will have the ability to understand how and where to use prompt engineering techniques such as chain of thought and zero context learning as well as emerging state of the art techniques such as tree of thought and graph of thought to further scale how a generative AI tool can think and reason.
The third segment of the program is called the applications segment which will show customers how to apply AI in practical, real-world ways, from streamlining workplace tasks and boosting productivity to sparking new ideas and supporting creative or personal goals.
